Dynamic Divers having developed procedures for replacing damaged plates on the hulls of ships could be cut and replace insert plates to be welded into position using an external Safety cofferdam whilst the vessel is afloat.
Having performed our servicing with success this technique is giving us the class approval as a permanent repair without condition of class.
Normal commercial activities can therefore continue without disruption. This helps owners extend dry dock intervals and eliminates the loss of time and production that dry docking entails.
